For all products sold and delivered by Fermag, you benefit from warranty certificates according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the producers.

For some of the products sold by Fermag you will receive a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer or distributor in printed format. You can find it in the product box or glued on the outside of the box. Keep the certificate so that you can benefit from the guarantee, if needed.

If the product fails during the warranty period, the repair is provided by the authorized service network of the manufacturer / distributor, in the centers specified in the certificate.

The conditions for granting guarantees may vary depending on the manufacturer and are set out in the commercial policies of each manufacturer, at national level.

If you have not received the warranty certificate by email / in the customer's or printed account, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the product, by e-mail at contact@fermag.ro
