Terms of free shipping:

Dear customers. We have a FREE SHIPPING campaign, that started in March 2023.

During the campaign, we provide FREE SHIPPING throughout the country (in Romania) for all orders above 200 lei, placed in our online store or over the phone, regardless of the value and quantity of the order, as well as the type and nature of the ordered product. There is only one exeption - The products from the BALER TWINE, SILAGE FILM, BALE NETS category. These products are not included in the campaign, and in case of ordering any of these products there will be shipping cost for delivery. 

The offer is valid for all private and legal entities in Romania, except the FERMAG PARTNER SHOPS - in their case, there are other ongoing promotional campaigns (see partner store campaigns).

The offer is only valid for the purchase of products with the price displayed on our webshop, www.fermag.ro

During the promotion period all orders above 200 lei will be delivered by express courier free of charge.

Delivery time:

HU-RO SRL determines with which courier service it sends each order.

- EXPRESS DELIVERY - Products are delivered between 24 and 72 hours (1-3 working days). Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays will be packed and mailed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 on working days will be packed and mailed on the following working day. Delivery takes at least two business days for orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays and for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- Pallet delivery with Pallex or a third party - between 2 and 4 days.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered from us, or if there was a problem that the Technical Department or the Sales Department could not solve, you have the option of returning the product. In this case, the first step is to fill out the return form. This form must be filled out completely. Our team will respond by e-mail or phone within 3 working days and provide the exact steps for returning the product. When returning the product, it must be sent to our address undamaged and unworn. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

Delivery of products from stock is done in 1-3 working days.

The delivery of the products to order varies depending on the ordered product and is established by phone.

Delivery methods for products sold by Fermag

- delivery by express courier: FanCurier, DPD, DSC, Sameday

- delivery through palletized goods transport companies

- delivery with the van of our company (products with large dimensions and values)

The delivery fee will be displayed at the time of order completion.

For ordered products that will not display the delivery fee you will be contacted by phone and informed about this detail.

The ordered products can be picked up in person at our headquarters: Sânsimion, Main Street, Nr. 562B, Harghita County.
