1. How do I buy one or more products?
To buy you have several possibilities:
- add the product to the cart using the "add to cart" button then view the shopping cart and complete the order.
- send us an e-mail using the contact section
- call us at one of the phone numbers indicated in the contact section.
You will soon be contacted by an operator to confirm the order.
2. How do I get the products?
- delivery is made by express courier
- the usual delivery time is 1-2 working days in Romania, 3-4 days in Hungary, Bulgaria.
3. What are the payment methods?
- advance based on the proforma invoice
- courier refunds
- online card
4. Can a placed order be modified later?
- yes, if the order has not been shipped
- please contact us in this case to check the status of the order and to modify it if possible.
5. I want to find out information that does not appear on the site, how do I proceed?
- in case you need information that does not appear on the site, please contact us by phone, by email or using the contact form on the site.
6. I want to return the products, how do I proceed?
- the costs involved with returning the products are borne by the customer
- in case of products that fail during the warranty period, you must notify us by phone in order to ask the couriers to pick up the package
- if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, bearing the delivery costs (according to the legislation in force OG 130/2000, using distance selling techniques, you can opt for return / replacement of a product under the conditions of Art. 4 Paragraph 1. Letter B of OG 130/2000 within 14 days from the receipt of the package)
Return conditions:
- within the deadline given above, a written notification must be sent by email to contact@fermag.ro or contact.fermag@gmail.com
- return products must not show traces of use, wear, be in new condition, with original packaging
- the products must be accompanied by original documents such as invoice, notice, certificates
- the money is returned within 30 working days from the date of receipt and verification of the return
- round trip transportation costs will be borne by the customer
- no returns are accepted to Fermag specifying the request for a refund and no parcels sent by mail
- in case of wear on the products, they can be refused on return
- the repeated return from the same client is considered abuse
- the return method is discussed by phone or on the return form section.
